Adenrele Lateef Adeleke

Managing Director

Starting as a domestic staff, Adenrele has moved to kitchen portal and hospitality then Healthcare Assistant in working in schools care homes and hospitals to understand the needs of people. As an architect his designs were towards supporting the people and community, and as a carer he has seen the first-hand importance of care as personal experience.

Nicola Fleury

Registered Manager

Nicola Fleury brings over 15 years of extensive experience and steadfast dedication to the healthcare and social care sector. Currently serving as the Registered Manager of Graceage Care with a background in nursing, Nicola assumes responsibility for the comprehensive oversight of all facets of Graceage Care operations. This involves adept management of staff, meticulous care planning, regulatory adherence, and steadfast commitment to ensuring exceptional quality assurance standards.
